Last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Project P with Lolita Reid website and the purchase and use of services provided by Project P with Lolita Reid.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using our services. By purchasing a service, enrolling in a programme or otherwise entering into an agreement with Project P with Lolita Reid, you agree to these Terms together with any service-specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Where these Terms refer to “Project P”, “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to Project P with Lolita Reid.
“You” or “client” refers to the individual or business purchasing or using our services.
2. Our Services
Project P provides business coaching and related educational and support services. These may include:
- individual business coaching and coaching sessions;
- coaching packages and programmes;
- group coaching;
- workshops and events;
- memberships and communities;
- online courses;
- digital resources and materials; and
- other business-related services described on our website or in individual offers.
The exact scope, duration, price and delivery arrangements for a particular service will be described on the relevant booking or sales page, invoice, proposal, agreement or other information provided before purchase.
Some services may have additional or service-specific terms. Where those terms differ from these general Terms, the service-specific terms will apply to that service, provided they do not restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Nature of Coaching and Results Disclaimer
Project P provides business coaching, education and related services designed to help business owners understand their businesses, explore challenges and opportunities, make informed decisions and determine appropriate next steps.
Coaching is a collaborative process. We may provide questions, observations, frameworks, information, resources, strategies and suggestions, but you remain responsible for your own business decisions and actions.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular business, financial or personal outcome from using our services.
The results you achieve depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, decisions, actions, commitment, experience, resources and market conditions. These factors are outside our control.
Project P services are not “get-rich-quick” programmes or guarantees of business success. Building and developing a business generally requires time, consistent effort, decision-making and implementation.
Personal Responsibility
By participating in coaching, programmes, workshops or other Project P services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.
Our role is to provide coaching, perspective, questions, information, tools and support. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you and your business and for implementing the decisions you make.
Testimonials and Examples
Testimonials, case studies and examples appearing on our website, social media, marketing materials or other Project P communications describe individual experiences.
They are provided for illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee or representation that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Professional Advice Disclaimer
Information provided through coaching sessions, workshops, programmes, courses, website content, social media, newsletters, downloads and other Project P resources is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Project P does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice through its business coaching services.
Where your circumstances require specialist advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making relevant decisions.
4. Booking and Formation of the Agreement
An agreement may be formed when you book or purchase a service, accept a proposal or offer, or otherwise confirm your acceptance of a service.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking that the service is suitable for your needs.
We will provide relevant information about the service, including its main features, price and delivery arrangements, before the purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
If we cancel a paid service before providing it, any amount paid for the undelivered service will be refunded unless an alternative arrangement is agreed with you.
5. Prices and Payment
The price applicable to a service will be shown or communicated before you purchase it.
Depending on the service and customer location, prices may be displayed in USD, NOK or another stated currency.
Payment may be collected through Stripe, Revolut or another payment provider, by invoice or through a payment link.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the payment schedule specified for the service.
Where a payment plan is offered, the payment plan represents an agreement to pay the full price of the service in instalments. It is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to participate in or complete a programme does not automatically cancel outstanding payments. This is subject to any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect a purchase already completed unless this has been specifically agreed or is otherwise permitted by law.
6. Consumers and Business Clients
Project P provides services to both individual consumers and businesses.
For the purposes of these Terms, a “consumer” means an individual purchasing services primarily for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
If you purchase our services for purposes connected primarily with your own business or professional activity, consumer-specific statutory rights may not apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
7. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase our services as a consumer through our website, online, by telephone or through another form of distance selling, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement.
Where Norwegian consumer law applies, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the service agreement is entered into.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this statutory right.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.
You can contact us at:
info@lolitareid.com
Where required by law, we will provide the applicable statutory information concerning your withdrawal rights and the relevant withdrawal form.
Services Beginning During the Withdrawal Period
You may choose to ask us to begin providing a service before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Where required, we will ask you to expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period.
If you subsequently exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after the service has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, your statutory withdrawal right may be lost where you expressly agreed to the service beginning during that period and acknowledged that your withdrawal right would be lost once the service had been fully performed.
Digital Content
Project P may provide free digital resources and may introduce paid digital products or content in the future.
Where specific statutory rules apply to digital content supplied immediately following purchase, the relevant information and any required consent or acknowledgement will be provided as part of the purchase process.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The statutory right of withdrawal described above is separate from our ordinary cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Individual Appointments
You may cancel or reschedule an individual coaching appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session may be treated as used and the session fee may not be refunded.
We recognise that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances happen. Where appropriate, we may agree to reschedule a late cancellation at our discretion.
Coaching Packages and Programmes
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements for packages, programmes, memberships, workshops and other services may be specified in the information provided when you purchase them.
After any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, fees are normally non-refundable once the programme or service has begun unless the specific offer states otherwise or applicable law provides you with additional rights.
If you purchase using a payment plan, cancelling your participation after any applicable cancellation or withdrawal period does not automatically cancel your remaining payment obligations.
9. Cancellation or Changes by Project P
Occasionally we may need to reschedule a coaching session, workshop, event or other service because of illness, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice and offer an alternative date or arrangement.
If we permanently cancel a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, you will receive a refund for the part of the service that has not been delivered.
10. Client Responsibilities
To benefit appropriately from coaching, you are expected to participate honestly and constructively and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation or use them for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate where that information is relevant to the delivery of the service.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate technology, internet access and other equipment required to participate in online services unless otherwise agreed.
11. Confidentiality
Information you share during private coaching sessions will generally be treated as confidential.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential information you share with us to third parties except where:
- you have given permission;
- disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide a service you have requested;
- we are legally required to disclose the information; or
- disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights or address a serious legal or safety concern.
The processing of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Group Services
For group programmes, workshops, memberships and communities, participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
However, Project P cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. You should therefore use appropriate judgement when sharing confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information in a group environment.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Project P owns or has permission to use the intellectual property contained in its website, coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, videos, recordings, courses, programmes and other resources.
When you purchase or are given access to a Project P service or resource, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal or business development.
Unless we have given you written permission, you may not:
- reproduce or redistribute our materials;
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit them;
- upload them to another platform for distribution;
- present our materials, frameworks or resources as your own;
- use them to create substantially similar products, coaching programmes or training materials for sale; or
- share paid resources with people who have not purchased or otherwise been granted access to them.
Your own business information, ideas and materials remain yours.
13. Recordings and Online Sessions
We will inform participants where an online session, workshop or group event is being recorded.
Where recordings are made available to participants, they are provided only for the purposes stated when access is granted.
You may not independently record private coaching sessions, group sessions, workshops or other Project P events without prior permission.
Any processing of personal data associated with recordings will be addressed in our Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, through additional information provided at the time of recording.
14. Testimonials and Client Information
We will not intentionally publish your name, image, testimonial, case study or identifiable business information for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Where you voluntarily provide a testimonial and agree that we may use it, we may publish it on our website, social media or other marketing materials in accordance with the permission provided.
15. Digital Platforms and Third-Party Services
Some Project P services may be delivered using third-party platforms and services, including video-conferencing, scheduling, payment, community, email, learning and communication platforms.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Although we take reasonable care when selecting service providers, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
Information about how third-party service providers may process personal information in connection with our services is provided in our Privacy Policy where applicable.
16. Website and Online Content
We aim to keep our website and online services reasonably available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Website articles, social media content, newsletters, videos, downloads and other public Project P content are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
We may update, modify or remove website content and resources from time to time.
17. Limitation of Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project P will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or business decisions and actions taken independently by you following coaching or use of our materials.
Where you purchase our services for business purposes, Project P will not be responsible for indirect business losses such as loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings to the extent that such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
18. Privacy and Personal Data
Project P processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection legislation where applicable.
Our separate Privacy Policy explains:
- what personal information we collect;
- why and on what legal basis we process it;
- how we use and protect it;
- how long information may be retained;
- the service providers and other organisations with whom information may be shared;
- international transfers where applicable; and
- your rights under applicable data protection law.
The Privacy Policy is available separately on our website.
19. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a Project P service, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to understand and address the issue.
Please contact:
info@lolitareid.com
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory complaint, consumer protection or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law unless mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to you provide otherwise.
If a disagreement arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may use dispute-resolution or court procedures available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory rights a consumer may have regarding jurisdiction or dispute resolution.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to a purchase already made unless required by law or agreed between us.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
